Ten years on the road

Most people know us as Automotive Transsolutions; on the paperwork we are AMT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Either way, we have been moving vehicles, homes and freight since 2015, run from our office in Gurugram. A decade in road transport teaches you where jobs actually go wrong: not on the highway, but in the handover, when a consignment is passed between a booking desk, a dispatch desk and a delivery desk until nobody can tell you where it is.

So we do not work that way. Every job gets one named coordinator who owns it from pickup to delivery. It costs more to run than a call-centre model, and it is the single reason customers come back.

The company is led by Kushal Sharma as Managing Director, alongside Mohit Sharma as Director. Between them they sign off on the rates we quote, which is why a price from us does not move afterwards.

How we work

We run from a single office in Gurugram and work through a carrier network across the country. That keeps our overheads low and the saving shows up in the quote. What it does not change is who you deal with: the coordinator who books your job is the one who sees it through, wherever in India it is going.

Rates are quoted all-inclusive. Loading, unloading, tolls, state permits and octroi are in the number you are given. If a genuine cost arises mid-transit that nobody could have foreseen, we tell you before we incur it.

• Photographic condition report signed by both sides at loading and unloading
• Declared-value transit insurance quoted as a visible line item
• Progress calls at every checkpoint, made by us rather than chased by you
• GST invoice on every movement, with no charges added after the fact

What we will tell you honestly

We are not the cheapest operator on most routes, and we will not pretend otherwise. Shared multi-car carriers on trunk routes are where our pricing is genuinely competitive. If your requirement is a single vehicle on an unusual route with a fixed date, a dedicated carrier is the right answer and it costs more — we would rather quote that plainly than win the job and then miss the date.

We will also tell you when a road move is the wrong choice. For some routes and some deadlines, rail or air is faster and cheaper, and we will say so even when it means a smaller invoice.

Compliance and cover

AMT Solutions is a GST-registered transport operator with in-house licensed customs brokers at major ports and air cargo complexes. All carriers on our network hold valid national permits, fitness certificates and goods-in-transit cover, verified at onboarding and at each annual audit.
