Export and import handling

We coordinate the whole movement as one job: collection at origin, documentation, port or airport handling, clearance, and delivery at destination. One coordinator holds the file, which matters when a shipment sits at a port and somebody needs to make a decision quickly.

Customs clearance

Our licensed brokers sit at the major ports and air cargo complexes rather than working remotely through agents. The practical benefit is that classification problems get flagged before filing, not after your container has started accruing demurrage.

Transit insurance

Cover is arranged at booking, based on the value you declare, and shown as a visible line on your quote rather than buried in the rate. Your existing motor or contents policy generally does not cover goods while they are on someone else's vehicle, so this is not a duplicate.

If something goes wrong, we file the claim and follow it up. You should not have to learn insurance procedure because a truck was hit by someone else.
