Open or enclosed?
Open carriers are the standard choice and suit almost every daily-driven car. Enclosed transport is worth paying for when dust, rain and road debris would be a real problem.

How long it takes
Transit time depends on distance and route. These are typical door-to-door ranges once the vehicle is loaded.

Before we collect the car
- Empty the vehicle. Carriers are not insured for loose personal items, and loaded cars can be stopped and checked
- Leave roughly a quarter tank of fuel — enough to load and unload, not enough to add weight
- Disable the alarm, or give us the procedure to disable it
- Note any existing damage so it goes into the condition report
- Keep the registration certificate and insurance copy with you, not in the car
