If something has gone wrong
Raise it while the consignment is still open if you can, and get it noted on the delivery record at the time rather than afterwards. Email info@amtsolutions.in with your consignment number and photographs. We acknowledge within one working day and give you a named handler.
If you have already raised something and it has not moved, say so in the subject line. It escalates the file rather than restarting it.
