What happens after you send this
- A coordinator reads the request and calls you, usually within two hours, to confirm anything unclear.
- You receive a written quote by email, itemised, with the estimated delivery date and the insurance line shown separately.
- If you accept, we confirm the pickup slot and send you a checklist for preparing the vehicle or the house.
- On pickup day you get the signed condition record and your coordinator's direct number.
What we need to price accurately
- Both cities, and ideally both pincodes — access matters as much as distance
- What is moving: make and model for vehicles, rough room count for a house, weight and dimensions for freight
- When, and how flexible that is. A two or three day window usually lowers the price
- Anything unusual: a non-running vehicle, a narrow lane, no lift, a same-day deadline
