Household shifting

A surveyor visits before we quote — in person locally, or over video for smaller moves. That survey is what makes the quote firm. Companies that price a house move over the phone are guessing, and the difference shows up as an extra charge on loading day.

Packing uses corrugated cartons for general goods, double-wall for kitchen and glassware, and custom crating for artwork, mirrors and large glass tops. Every carton is numbered against a written inventory that you check and sign before the truck leaves.

What is included

Office relocation

Office moves are planned backwards from the moment you need to be working again. We run a walkthrough with your facilities or IT lead, agree a labelling scheme desk by desk, and usually move across a weekend or a public holiday.

IT equipment is handled as a separate stream: machines are powered down to a checklist, cables bagged and tagged to their workstation, and servers or network gear moved in anti-static packing with a dedicated vehicle where the value warrants it.

Pet relocation

Pets travel with paperwork in order or they do not travel at all. We handle the veterinary health certificate, vaccination records and, for international moves, the import permit and quarantine requirements of the destination country.

Crates are IATA-compliant and sized so the animal can stand, turn and lie down. A handler is assigned to the journey, and for road moves the vehicle is climate-controlled with scheduled water and comfort stops.
